Prospective residents are encouraged to complete an application, identify a preference for the type of unit they prefer, and be placed on the list for future consideration. When a unit becomes available, those on the list for that type of unit are contacted according to the date their application was received or the last time they declined a unit, whichever date is most recent. Prospective residents may decline residency up to three times before being removed from the waiting list.
