Current paid staff positions at Masonic Pathways include:

  • CNA - Full time afternoons and midnights up to $12.58/hour

  • LPN - Part time afternoons up to $21.40/hour.

  • RN - Part time afternoons up to $28.09/hour.

  • RN Nurse Manager - Seeking a full time registered nurse manager for our Short Term Rehab unit. Candidate must possess excellent organizational & communication skills and 2 years of Rehab experience in either a long term care or acute care setting. 2 years of management experience preferred.

  • Unit Assistant - Part time position for our Short Term Rehab Department. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm. An LPN is prefered for this position.
